What is Compassion Youth? We are a youth group that is located in Lynchburg VA with the goal to help develop our teens’ walk with Christ. Each week our goal is to encourage our students, and to show them how to Love God, Love Others and Serve Both.
We start each week with some free time where we have active games, board games, or time to fellowship. Our active games include dodgeball, basketball, 9 square and much more. After free time we start with worship led by many of our very own teens. Once worship is complete we move into our large groups which are broken up by grade level. After the message, the teens will go to their small groups where they get to discuss the message, and talk with peers and leaders of what they learned and how they can apply it to their own lives.
Who is Compassion Youth for? 5th-12th Grade.
When does Compassion Youth meet? Youth Group is Wednesdays from 6:45-8:30pm located in the main sanctuary of Compassion Church of the Nazarene.
